BB Board, accommodation in one-bedroom apartments on regular beds only.
Maximum occupancy: 5 people.
RATES: Valid for the period 06.05.2027 – 20.05.2027 inclusive, including VAT and tourist tax.
RATE PER APARTMENT: €299
MINIMUM STAY: 4 nights
07:30 – 10:00: International Breakfast
BEVERAGES:
A selection of hot and non-alcoholic beverages during breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00.
Self-service drinking water is available 24 hours a day at designated areas throughout the hotel premises.
Throughout their entire stay, all guests are required to wear their hotel wristband and present it upon request to hotel staff. Wristbands will be removed on the day of departure by the receptionist on duty.
A 50% deposit must be paid within 15 days of reservation confirmation by the hotel.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 01.03.2027.
Free cancellation: Up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total booking cost.

2 outdoor swimming pools ($25\text{ m} \times 12.5\text{ m}$, depth $1.6\text{ m}$). One of the pools can be reserved for swim team practice.

Parking: €20 per car, per day (subject to availability).
IMPORTANT: SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Shuttle buses will run on Semi-Final and Final event days (May 11, 13, and 15) from the hotel to the venues or designated nearby parking areas and back. Departure and return schedules will be confirmed on-site at the hotel in accordance with the event organizer's guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle service must be requested at the time of booking and paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival!

Round-trip private car (1–3 passengers): €240
Transfers: Private transfers via car (up to 3 passengers) or minivan (up to 8 passengers) to custom destinations are available upon request. Rates for custom transfers are provided on-site based on destination and waiting time.
